The Esports World Cup 2026 Pacific Qualifier is the region’s official path to the EWC VALORANT event in Riyadh, where three Pacific teams will earn spots among the world’s elite.
It runs till the end of May 2026, and brings together the bottom finishers from VCT Pacific Stage 1 and the teams that just missed direct qualification. You may consider this as a comeback route for orgs that didn’t make the top slots in VCT Pacific but still have the firepower to push for Riyadh.
With that said, here’s everything you need to know about the Esports World Cup 2026 VALORANT Pacific Qualifier, including schedule, results, teams, and format.

Esports World Cup 2026 VALORANT Pacific Qualifier dates and schedule

The Esports World Cup 2026 VALORANT Pacific Qualifier runs from May 11 to May 31, 2026, split into two distinct stages.
- Stage 1: May 11-19, 2026 – A four-team bracket featuring the bottom four finishers from VCT Pacific Stage 1. The winner of Stage 1 advances to Stage 2.
- Stage 2: May 22-June 1, 2026 – An eight-team bracket that includes the Stage 1 winner plus the second through eighth-placed teams from VCT Pacific Stage 1.
The Esports World Cup 2026 VALORANT Pacific Qualifier is the designated regional route for the region’s teams to reach EWC 2026. Unlike the main VCT Pacific Stage 1, which feeds slots directly into Champions and other VCT pathways, the Pacific Qualifier focuses solely on sending three Pacific representatives to the Esports World Cup.

Esports World Cup 2026 VALORANT Pacific Qualifier format

The Pacific Qualifier uses a two-stage, double-elimination structure:
-
Stage 1 format
- Four teams, all taken from the bottom four of VCT Pacific Stage 1
- Double-elimination bracket with an Upper Bracket Semifinal, Upper Final, and Grand Final
- The winner of Stage 1 moves into Stage 2 with at least one guaranteed match in the upper bracket
-
Stage 2 format
- Eight teams in total, including the Stage 1 winner
- Teams placed second through eighth in VCT Pacific Stage 1
- Double-elimination bracket with standard upper and lower paths
The top three finishers in Stage 2 qualify for the Esports World Cup 2026 VALORANT main event in Riyadh. Because it’s double-elimination, a single loss doesn’t knock a team out, but losing in the lower bracket final means that team will miss out on the top three slots.
