ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith says the Boston Celtics should not be slept on even after the Damian Lillard trade

The recent trade of Damian Lillard from the Portland Trail Blazers has shifted the balance of power in the NBA, with the Milwaukee Bucks emerging as strong contenders in the Eastern Conference after picking up the star point guard for veteran floor general Jrue Holiday and Grayson Allen in a three-team deal with the Phoenix Suns.
