ESPN’s draft page already showing Cardinals selected Quinnen Williams at No. 1

The NFL draft will not begin until April 25 and the Arizona Cardinals are reportedly still working out who will be the player they select first overall. However, ESPN’s draft page shows the Cardinals have already made their selection and the San Francisco 49ers are on the clock.

According to what is showing on the site, the Cardinals already selected Alabama defensive tackle Quinnen Williams.

Here is what was showing as of Sunday evening on ESPN’s draftcast page, round-by-round page and team page.

Williams is allegedly one of the players the Cardinals are considering with the first overall pick.

This is surely a mistake, but if true, it would end weeks of speculation that the Cardinals would take Oklahoma QB Kyler Murray with the first overall pick.

I guess Cardinals fans can all relax now. Josh Rosen will continue to be the starter and they will build around him. The 49ers are on the clock.

Except we know this is just a funny mistake.

But if you are into conspiracies, maybe ESPN just tipped the Cardinals’ pick.
