ESPN’s Bill Connelly recently released his projections for every college football team’s win totals in the 2021 season.
Starting with the SEC, ESPN has Alabama’s win projection at 10.3, with Georgia being second in the league at 9.9.
ESPN also projected how many conference wins each team would have. Georgia led with 6.7, with Alabama at 6.6.
For the record, Florida’s win total projection was at 9.1, and 5.5 for SEC play.
As for odds of winning at least 6 games (bowl eligibility), Alabama was at 100% and Georgia at 99.9%.
They also projected odds of finishing with 0-1 losses. Alabama was at 48% and Georgia was at 32%.
ESPN has its top-five teams, in terms of total win projections as Alabama, Georgia, Texas A&M, Florida and Ole Miss.
