Escape to the Farm clip censored by Lorraine bosses as viewers given 'saucy scene' warning

Lorraine bosses were forced to censor a scene from the new series of Escape To The Farm, prompting a warning from stand-in host Ranvir Singh for viewers to expect 'some rather saucy scenes.'

In what, on paper, should have been a totally innocent segment, Ranvir, who has stepped in for regular presenter Lorraine Kelly this week, was joined by the Channel 5 show's presenter Kate Humble.

But Ranvir issued the warning while introducing Kate, telling viewers: "Now tonight, Kate Humble is back with a new series of Escape to the Farm and be warned...this clip contains some rather saucy scenes."

Footage from the episode then played out on screen with Kate in a pig pen, explaining that Sausage the pig "had decided" she'd rather be over the other side of the fence with Ted the boar.

As viewers could see both animals attempting to get closer to one another, Kate added: "When a pig is in season you kinda want to take advantage of it, so I think we might have a winter romance in our hands."

Walking towards the fence, Kate joked: "Hold on Ted, don't destroy me fence, we're going to get you together in a second! We've just got to work this out."

However as Kate was then seen in a barn, she could be heard saying: "However, before I could get Ted and Sausage inside, they sneak out into the yard and get straight to it."

And as Ted and Sausage were seen in the throes of passion, the words 'CENSORED' had been edited in over the top of them by Lorraine producers.

As the clip ended and the camera switched back to Ranvir, she joked: "As you can see Kate, our editors had great fun censoring that clip!"

Joining her via video call, Kate chuckled away before replying: "I'm delighted we're having a bit of pig sex first thing on your programme this morning."

Ranvir then joked: "You don't get that on Peppa Pig do you?"

One viewer tweeted: "Love watching pigs s****ing first thing in a morning"
