The Erskine Bridge has been closed in both directions due to a police incident.
Traffic Scotland issued an alert advising drivers of the closure around 18:15pm this evening.
Traffic is reportedly queuing back as a result, with drivers currently being advised to use an alternative route if possible and expect delays as a result.

A Traffic Scotland alert read: "The A898 Erskine bridge is closed in both directions due to a police incident. Motorists are advised to use an alternative route and allow extra time for their journey."
Traffic information site INRIX also issued an alert, which read: "A898 Erskine Bridge in both directions closed, queueing traffic due to police incident between M898 ( Erskine ) and A82 (Kilpatrick)."
Police Scotland confirm they were called amid a report of concern for a person on the bridge.
They have since been traced safely and the bridge has fully reopened.
UPDATE: All lanes now running in both directions following the earlier police incident.
