Erling Haaland has already given Chelsea a glimpse of dream Jadon Sancho partnership

Chelsea have already been given a glimpse of a dream partnership they could get their hands on this summer.

The Blues have been linked with a big-money move for Borussia Dortmund superstar Erling Haaland this summer with the Norwegian said to be at the top of the club's shortlist.

At this stage, it seems a move might be difficult to pull off with a whole host of teams interested, including Barcelona, Real Madrid and Manchester United.

But that won't stop Chelsea from trying as Roman Abramovich prepares to spend big again this summer, though, the Blues have also been linked with a move for another Dortmund star in Jadon Sancho in the past.

The England international is often linked with a move to the Premier League, and Chelsea are one of the clubs with enough cash to make the deal happen.

And if they could somehow sign both Haaland and Sancho, even across different transfer windows, they may just have a dream partnership on their hands.

Speaking about Haaland, Sancho told Bundesliga.com: "I'm happy he's here. He's a great goalscorer. He scores in every type of position and it's always good to have that main striker.

“Playing behind him and with him is just a great feeling, especially on the training pitch because we work on a lot of things like one-twos.

“I know where to find him and where he wants the ball, and he knows how I want the ball played to me - so it's a good understanding between us."

Haaland is just as big a fan of Sancho, recently saying: "You see on the pitch that it is very good and I do not want him to give me too many assists so we have to keep it down a bit! He's a great guy."

The striker has netted 33 times in 34 games across all competitions so far this season, while Sancho has racked up 16 assists and 12 goals from his 31 appearances.

Realistically, Chelsea could only sign one of those players this summer, and it's very likely to be Haaland they attempt to sign rather than Sancho with a top striker on the club's wishlist ahead of next season.
