Erling Haaland has explained why he swapped shirts with Stuart Dallas.
The Norwegian superstar once again proved to be a big hit with Leeds United fans as he asked to swap shirts with the Whites midfielder after his country's 5-1 win over Dallas' Northern Ireland.
It was an exchange that left big smiles on both players' faces, with Haaland also appearing to say something to Dallas.
Post-match, in an interview with Norwegian TV, Haaland heaped praise on Dallas, claiming he was the best player on the pitch despite his country's 5-1 defeat.
Haaland said: "I think he is a great player and the best player out there today."
The Borussia Dortmund star has previously spoken of his dream to win the Premier League with Leeds after being born in the city.
Whilst his father, Alf-Inge, was playing for Manchester City by the time of Haaland's birth in 2000, he was born in Leeds and spent his early years in the city.
If swapping shirts with Whites star Dallas was not enough to show his connection to English football, Haaland also demonstrated how much Premier League football he used to watch with his celebration after netting twice against Northern Ireland.
The 20-year-old emulated Michu's celebration by putting his hand up to his ear.
Haaland has previously paid tribute to Michu's impressive 2012/13 season at Swansea City, which saw the Spanish striker net 22 Premier League goals.
He tweeted in February: "Streets will never forget Michu."
It led to the Spaniard sending Haaland one of his shirts as a gift.
