Details: The 4-term congressman, who's 38 years old, is a member of the House Intelligence Committee and has frequently appeared on cable television to discuss the Trump-Russia investigation. The Atlantic first reported earlier this month that the issue of gun safety will be the centerpiece of his White House bid, and that he will partner with Parkland school shooting survivor Cameron Kasky for his campaign launch.
