Eric Dier brutally trolls Tottenham team-mate Ryan Sessegnon ahead of game with Michail Antonio

Eric Dier has shown no mercy to his Tottenham Hotspur team-mate Ryan Sessegnon ahead of his much-hyped FIFA game against West Ham United's Michael Antonio.

Spurs were originally set to play the Hammers on Friday evening in the Premier League before the shutdown of all football until April 30 at the earliest due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Antonio challenged any of the Spurs players to take him on in a match of FIFA at the same 8pm kick-off to decide where bragging rights should go until the actual match can take place.

Tottenham teenager Sessegnon stepped up to accept the challenge and even the Tottenham Hotspur's official social media channels have been getting in on the fun and promoting the game, which is also in the aid of a good cause.

Sessegnon's Spurs team-mate Dier has enjoyed a bit of good-natured ribbing of the youngster on Instagram.

In the comments under the post by the teenager about the upcoming FIFA London Derby, Dier replied with a thinking face emoji and the message: "Why are we putting out a reserve player for this game?"

Sessegnon hit back though with laughing emojis and the words: "Broooo it's 10-1 in games between me and you."

Tottenham's summer signing may not be able to prove himself on the pitch right now but he will be able to show what he can do on a games console on Friday evening, which is being streamed live on Twitch.

Unique Sports Management are giving £1,000 to the winner to donate to their chosen charity, with Sessegnon revealing that his winnings would go to Mind, the mental health charity.

The Spurs teenager will be hoping to do his team-mates, including Dier, proud.
