- An archive of 30,000 emails, suggesting Mr Mountbatten-Windsor shared sensitive government information as a trade envoy, was reportedly handed to the Lord Chamberlain in May 2020.
- Mr Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested in February on suspicion of misconduct in a public office, following allegations he passed sensitive government information to Epstein.
- Thames Valley Police are also investigating Mr Mountbatten-Windsor for allegations of sexual misconduct as part of their ongoing inquiry into potential misconduct in public office.
