Manual For Epstein's Household Staff Reveals Protocol for Guest Relations, Grooming and Language

Several documents released as part of the ongoing Epstein Files disclosures have shed new light on the operational structure of Jeffrey Epstein's household. Although Epstein died in custody in 2019, his victims continue to deal with the impact of what he and his associates did to them, and the files have brought further details of his conduct into the public domain. Several victims have not come forward publicly, but their experiences have nonetheless been documented within the released records.

Among the key figures named in the documents are Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, Whoopi Goldberg, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson. Last week, authorities arrested Andrew in connection with his ties to Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, though he was subsequently released.

A Manual for Household Staff

Among the newly examined documents is an entire manual for Epstein and Maxwell's household staff, running to multiple pages and covering conduct expected in every aspect of daily household life. The manual is divided into sections covering distinct aspects of conduct, with a dedicated section on grooming and guest relations.

Under that section, staff were reminded not to speak unless directly addressed by Epstein, Maxwell or their guests, and were instructed that they do not see or hear anything. They were required to dress appropriately for work and were prohibited from discussing personal matters with anyone in the household.

Epstein and Maxwell were also particular about noise and conduct during meals and gatherings. Household staff were not permitted to eat or drink in front of them or their guests. They were additionally asked to avoid wearing strong perfume or aftershave, on the basis that some guests could be allergic.

Answering the Phone and Proper Language

The manual also includes a dedicated section on telephone conduct and the language staff were permitted to use. Words such as 'hey,' 'yeah,' 'right,' and 'you bet' were prohibited. Staff were required to address Epstein, Maxwell and their guests as Miss or Mister at all times.

Telephone etiquette was similarly prescribed in detail. Staff were required to answer calls within three rings and greet callers with either 'good morning' or 'good afternoon,' depending on the time of day. They were also required to establish the identity of the caller before passing the phone to Epstein or Maxwell—a rule that reflects the pair's broader preoccupation with controlling access to their inner circle.

Online Reaction: Where Is the Household Staff?

Comedian Whitney Cummings shared her analysis of the household manual on TikTok, prompting a wave of commentary from viewers questioning why the household staff have not come forward publicly.

'Where is the staff? Why aren't they whistleblowing? SHAME ON THEM,' one commenter wrote. 'Who were the staff? They were also part of it,' another said. A third added: 'Someone needs to question the staff.' A fourth called for arrests. 'Why is Hollywood silent on this? It's insane how they are so quiet,' a fifth commenter wrote.

The comments reflect a wider frustration among the public that, despite the scale of the Epstein Files disclosures, many questions about who knew what—and when—remain unanswered.

Not sure if anyone has seen this but I stumbled across the manual for the household staff at Epstein island while breaking my brain looking through the files and yucky yuck yucky to the max bro
