Tottenham left it late at Wembley as Christian Eriksen scored a stoppage time winner to beat Burnley 1-0, while Crystal Palace secured their first Premier League win without Wilfried Zaha to take themselves clear of the relegation zone by beating Leicester City 1-0 at Selhurst Park.
Fulham meanwhile remain bottom after their sorry performance in West Ham resulted in a 2-0 defeat.
Later on Sunday, Liverpool welcome Manchester United to Anfield looking to retake top spot.
