A woman with epilepsy has shared an amazing video of her service dog 'saving her life' when she had a seizure.
In the footage German Shepherd Max appears to know Tina is about to have a seizure before she does.
The video begins with the American woman standing in her kitchen doing the washing up, before the dog's ears appear to prick up.
The dog can be seen jumping up and sniffing at Tina's body before standing up on his back legs.
Tina seems confused but Max is insistent.
Just moments later, Tina begins to have a seizure and Max guides her safely down to the floor to keep her safe.
In the caption Tina wrote: "This was supposed to be a training clip but he alerted to something I didn't know was coming."
She explained that she began to have seizures and migraines in 2001 when she was just 23 years old when she was diagnosed with epilepsy.
She called Max her 'my lifesaver' when she posted the video which has received thousands of comments and has been viewed more than four million times.
Tina has been training Max as a service dog and has been posting videos of them together on her TikTok account.

She added: "He's trained to hold my weight so I don't fall.
"Depending on the type of seizure I'm having will factor to how he responds."
She added that "someone is always here with us to assist as well if my convulsions get severe."
According to the NHS epilepsy is a common condition that affects the brain and causes frequent seizures.
Seizures are bursts of electrical activity in the brain that temporarily affect how it works. They can cause a wide range of symptoms.
Epilepsy can start at any age, but usually starts either in childhood or in people over 60.
It's often lifelong, but can sometimes get slowly better over time.
