The UK's "biggest and best" Inflatable 5K is heading to Edinburgh this September with people of all levels of fitness and ages (above 5) invited to come and take part.

Heading to the Hopetoun Estate in South Queensferry on September 9, the event will offer four different distances for people to enjoy including 2.5K, 5K, 10K, and 15K wth the team behind the "unmissable" event stating that it is an "epic day out" for friends and family.

Posting about the event on social media, they wrote: "For 2023 the Inflatable 5K obstacle course has got even Bigger, Bouncier and Better!

"We’ve added three additional brand new obstacles, meaning you will tackle 32 gigantic obstacles on the 5K distance. Combined with five pumping music zones to motivate you around the course, this year's Inflatable 5K is the most epic yet!"

Obstacles will include the likes of the Beast, the Mangler, the Vortex, the Boss and the Duck and Dive, with a range of inflatable fun including slides, swings, bouncy castles, tunnels and walls to scale.

They added that the gigantic obstacle run is "suitable for all, no matter your age or athletic ability" and that everyone above the age of five is welcome to take part, with one participating adult (16+) able to supervise up to three children.

Tickets for the exciting event are available now from the website, with prices starting at £28 per adult and £18 for kids (2.5K) with group discounts available.
