Ashley previously lifted the lid on Azaylia battling a "rare and aggressive" form of cancer known as AML (acute myeloid leukaemia).

The reality star and his girlfriend Safiyya Vorajee have been sharing the happy moments of parenting and the struggles of their daughter's leukaemia battle on Instagram.

In the latest, Ashley has unveiled the next plan doctors will take to help Azaylia fight the leukaemia.

He wrote previously on Instagram: "This being said, there is still a huge cloud over us because consultants discovered that Azaylia’s leukemia has returned post transplant, which leaves us with very little options going forward.

"However, our next step is to reduce her cyclosporine medication which is there to regulate her new stem cells, to wake them up and give them a boost in the hope they will fight off the remaining leukemia cells,? which the chemotherapy can’t.

"We are hoping that we encounter a strong case of GVL (Graft vs Leukemia) and minimal amounts of GVHD (Graft vs Host Disease) in this process."
