Eoin Doyle's goalscoring form earns him Bradford City recall

Eoin Doyle's hot steak in front of goal for Swindon Town is at an end after he was recalled by Bradford City.

Doyle, 31, has scored 23 goals in 22 appearances for Swindon since going on loan in August - helping to propel the club to the top of League Two as the division's top scorer.

The Dubliner - labelled the 'Ginger Pele' by admiring Swindon supporters - struck 11 goals in as many games before Christmas, equalling Jamie Vardy's cross-channel goal record.

Before his recall his exploits earned him a nomination for League Two Player of the Month for December and Bradford, currently trailing Swindon in fourth place in the table, will be hoping for more of the same on his return.
