Entrepreneur Scott Weir who launched his Pillow Property Partners four years ago is joining the speaking panel at the Insider SME Conference.
Weir set up his groundbreaking business with the aim of “matching holiday home owners with quality guests from around the world.”
He will outline his experience which has included attending Babson College, the world's number one ranked business college fo rentrepreneurship.
Weir said of his experience at Babson: “Without those two trips I would have definitely stumbled, we wouldn't have been ready for the growth that we're now getting. We would have been caught short, we would not have been able to retain staff, we wouldn't have had our operations in place and we would've hit a bottleneck for sure.
“But now we've managed to smooth all that ought and be ready to grow. Our target is to grow seven times our turnover next year we're ready for that, we have the foundations in place and I wouldn't have had that had I not gone to learn in America.”
