An entire church is going on sale from just €25,000 - complete with original stained glass windows and a painted ceiling.
Borrisokane Church in Co Tipperary will be sold by online auction on Thursday, October 22.
The church, built in 1832, is right in the heart of Borrisokane town in an idyllic location surrounded by beautiful mature trees.
The property is set on 0.7 acres and the building itself has nearly 5,000 square feet of floor space.
The stained glass windows and painted ceiling remain in place, and there is a large tarmac car park in the front of the building.
And there is a huge amount of space inside, with numerous offices, storage rooms, two bathrooms, a balcony and a bedroom.
The seller said the former church could be purchased for a wide variety of uses including as a restaurant, bespoke dwelling, funeral home or apartments, subject to planning permission of course.
However it is noted that it is a protected building and the relevant restrictions will apply.
If you want to get your hands on the property you'll have to be quick, as it goes under the hammer in just over three weeks, and has already been viewed nearly 5,000 times since it was first listed four days ago.
