Then, fill out the additional required information and submit the completed form online. Through the website, you can also add photos or videos in various formats.
According to the official rules, “the Winner will be selected based on their Creativity, Dedication, Passion and Fandom.”
To enter the contest, you must be a legal resident of Washington state and at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
