This eye-bruising festival of colour will adorn athletes' beds in the Olympic village, according to a photo tweeted by rower Matthew Pinsent. The pictogram quilt shows various sporting disciplines and the homily "excellence, friendship and ..." The remaining word can only be guessed at. "Insomnia"?
