Bon vivants are invited to explore unique tastes and culinary delights carefully curated during EM Culinary Experiences at EM Culinary Space, 9th floor of Helix Building of EmQuartier, Sukhumvit Road, from May 9-26.
This is an opportunity to try signature dishes from world-renowned chefs and menus from high-demand Thai restaurants with a year-long waiting list.
The event will feature over 20 slots where 13 chefs will be preparing their best dishes under three concepts -- Celebration, Authenticity and Collaboration.
The fine-dining menus, including some created exclusively for this event, will consist of numerous inspiring Thai, Chinese, Italian and Japanese dishes. Special guest chefs include Tam-Chudaree from Top Chef Thailand and Pom-Thanarak from Iron Chef Thailand.
Among the participating Thai restaurants will be Ruen Jarung from Ayutthaya province; and Locus Native Food Lab, a well-known Lanna Chef Table from Chiang Rai.
Additionally, modern fusion menus are being invented with collaborations from up-and-coming contemporary chefs in the style of Chinese-Italian, Japanese-Mexican and more.
