pA drug dealer from the West Midlands has reportedly refused to appear in court in Wales - because he doesn’t understand the Welsh accent./p pDwaine Campbell, from Wolverhampton, was arrested in Aberystwyth on suspicion of possessing heroin with intent to supply.
