England XI vs Italy: Starting lineup, latest team news, squad, injury update for Euros final today

England have reverted to a back three, with Kieran Trippier coming in for Bukayo Saka, for tonight’s Euro 2020 Final against Italy at Wembley.

Saka came back into Southgate’s starting XI as Denmark were beaten 2-1 in the semi-final, assisting the equaliser which was turned into his own net by Simon Kjaer, but Gareth Southgate has sacrificed an attacker for an extra defender.

Phil Foden was an injury doubt after he missed England’s final training session on Saturday and he is one of the unlucky three players from the squad to miss out, along with Ben Chilwell and Ben White.

Jack Grealish and Jadon Sancho will again be on the bench, along with Saka despite a fine display against Denmark.

Jordan Henderson will also be watching on from the sidelines as Kalvin Phillips and Declan Rice keep their spots in central midfield, with Mason Mount supporting Raheem Sterling and Harry Kane.

Here is how we England will line up against Italy at Wembley...
