England XI vs Denmark: Confirmed team news, starting lineup - Harry Kane returns for Nations League game

Kane's inclusion is one of five changes from the 2-1 victory over Belgium which saw the Three Lions move top of Nations League group A2.

Club-mate Eric Dier misses out through injury and is replaced by Conor Coady, while Reece James and Ainsley Maitland-Niles make their first senior starts.

Leeds midfielder Kalvin Phillips is the other player to be recalled as Liverpool skipper Jordan Henderson drops to the bench.

Meanwhile, Christian Eriksen and Simon Kjaer are both included in the Denmark team to collect their 100th caps for their country.

England XI: Pickford, Walker, Coady, Maguire, James, Rice, Phillips, Maitland-Niles, Mount, Rashford, Kane

Subs: Pope, Henderson, Mings, Saka, Alexander-Arnold, Gomez, Henderson, Ward-Prowse, Grealish, Ings, Sancho, Calvert-Lewin
