According to Alan Shearer, it's been "pouring with rain for the last 2-3 hours" and there's a serious risk of yet more delays to the England kick-off because of thunderstorms and lightning around the Azteca Stadium.
Officials activated a 'shelter indoors' warning on the jumbo TV screens in the stadium a couple of hours before the original 1am BST kick off time.
