England vs Czech Republic team news: No new injury concerns for Gareth Southgate as Callum Hudson-Odoi joins squad

England trained with all 23 players involved as Gareth Southgate's men stepped up preparations for the first of their Euro 2020 qualifiers on Friday night.

Fabian Delph, John Stones, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Luke Shaw all pulled out of the squad on Monday, but there are no more injury issues to contend with.

Callum Hudson-Odoi and James Ward-Prowse trained at St George's Park on Tuesday after being called in as replacements, while Burnley's Dwight McNeil and AFC Wimbledon goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale, on loan from Bournemouth, bolstered the numbers.

Ross Barkley and Michael Keane did the first half of the session, while Trent Alexander-Arnold, Raheem Sterling and Marcus Rashford worked inside.

The session ended with a penalty shootout in which Callum Wilson was denied after Jadon Sancho scored an outrageous effort.

Hudson-Odoi has been the chief beneficiary of the raft of late drop outs but he couldn't be happier to get his chance after being told the news by Under-21s boss Aidy Boothroyd on Monday.

"I thought the manager was joking," he said. I was shocked and then when I heard that I actually had to go over, I couldn't believe it. I was delighted.

"It's a dream come true. Now I've got to work hard, enjoy every moment and keep working to just hopefully make an impact when I get the opportunity.

"Everybody here is very humble and they're very nice.

"They make sure you're comfortable, no one has an ego here so hopefully I get to know more of the boys here."
