England have it all to play for on Sunday as Croatia head to Wembley for a mouth-watering Uefa Nations League group decider.
Tin Jedvaj's last-gasp goal secured Croatia a dramatic 3-2 win over Spain on Thursday night to blow open Group 4 in League A.
That result means anything can still happen in the group: a win for the Three Lions will send them through to next summer's finals, while a defeat against the World Cup finalists would see them relegated.
