England 2-1 Croatia
Venue: Wembley Stadium
Uefa Nations League | League A, Group 4
England have qualified for the Nations League Finals next summer after beating Croatia 2-1 at Wembley.
Andrej Kramaric had given Croatia the lead in the second half after England wasted a hatful of chances before the break, though Jesse Lingard levelled with 12 minutes to go.
After missing two golden opportunities in the first half, Kane went from zero to hero with a toe-poke five minutes from time - a goal which ensured England finished top of the group rather than bottom.
