Tyrone Mings, James Maddison and Mason Mount are vying for their first senior caps and could all start against one of Group A's weaker teams.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is back in the fold after a long injury, looking to play his first game since a friendly against Italy in March 2018.

England should not be tested too much by Bulgaria, who have just two points from their first four qualifiers.
Gareth Southgate will be able to name a team capable of securing the points while giving a few newer names some international minutes.
The squad will know a win at Wembley, followed by another at St. Mary's against Kosovo three days later, will have them firmly on the road to the finals.
