- England will face Norway tonight in a crunch World Cup quarter-final after their tense but thrilling 3-2 victory over Mexico.
- Thomas Tuchel was handed a fitness boost after Guehi, who had been nursing a hamstring strain picked up at the Estadio Azteca, and Rice, who previously had fitness and illness concerns, both returned to training on Friday.
- The Three Lions will be under threat from Golden Boot-chasing Erling Haaland, Arsenal’s Martin Odegaard and the electric Antonio Nusa, with several of the Norway squad are shaking off a virus.
- England ’s clash with Norway kicks off at 10pm BST (5pm ET) on Saturday, 11 July at Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium; the match against Norway will be broadcast in the UK on ITV 1 and ITVX, with coverage starting at 8.45pm BST.
- The winner will face either Argentina or Switzerland in Atlanta at 8pm BST (3pm ET) , on 15 July with the World Cup final set for 19 July at 8pm BST (3pm ET).
