England v Italy Euro 2020 final: Kick-off time, TV channel and more confirmed

The European Championships end this weekend, and for the first time in the nation's footballing history, England are in the final.

Italy, as you've probably heard by now, are their opponents in the tournament's showpiece on Sunday evening.

But what you might not know is how exactly to watch the match. This isn't, after all, a position England fans find themselves in all too often in the month of July.

Fear not, we have all the info you need ahead of the big day, including what channel you'll need to be glued to and who is likely to be accompanying you through the 90 minutes (or more!).

When is the Euro 2020 final’s kick-off time?

The final of the European Championships will kick off at 8pm BST on Sunday, July 11. It takes place at Wembley in London.

What TV channel is the final on?

The final will be shown on both BBC One and ITV, as is typical for major international tournament finals, with coverage beginning on each at 7pm.

On the BBC, the coverage will be fronted by Gary Lineker, Alan Shearer, Rio Ferdinand, and Jurgen Klinsmann. The commentators are yet to be announced, but it’s likely to be Guy Mowbray and Jermaine Jenas.

On ITV, Mark Pougatch presents, with commentary from Sam Matterface and Lee Dixon. The pundits are yet to be confirmed, but the panel will likely include one or more of Gary Neville, Roy Keane, or Ian Wright.
