England will play one of their 2020 European Championships qualifying matches in front of a reduced crowd after Europe's governing body ordered Bulgaria to play their next game with a partial stadium closure.
Bulgaria supporters were found guilty of racist behaviour by Uefa during their match against Kosovo in June and their game with the Czech Republic in the same month.
Uefa have ordered the Bulgarian FA to close a section of 5,000 seats in the 46,340 capacity stadium when England visit on 14 October.
A banner with the wording "#EqualGame" will be put in the closed section.
A section of 3,000 seats will be blocked when Bulgaria host Czech Republic on 17 November.
Montenegro were made to play a home match behind closed doors following the racist abuse of England players by supporters in March, and it was thought Uefa might hand Bulgaria a similar punishment.
England lead Group A of the European qualifying group after winning their first two matches.
