England star Harry Kane and wife Kate's fairytale romance after meeting in school

We're going to be seeing a lot more of England skipper Harry Kane as the Euros football tournament begins this month, but it's his wife Kate who'll be flying the flag for the player off the pitch.

The childhood sweethearts, who tied the knot in 2019, have had a a fairytale romance since meeting in school in London.

Harry even announced he had married his "best friend" when the pair exchanged vows in an exotic location, which they managed to keep secret.

After popping the question while on holiday in the Bahamas in July 2017, Harry, 27, revealed the good news on Twitter at the time, posting: "She said yes!"

The Tottenham striker celebrated his joyous day by posting this message: "Finally got to marry my Best Friend! I love you."

The happy couple both attended Larkswood Primary in east London before moving on together to Chingford Foundation School for their secondary education, which was also attended by England football hero David Beckham.

Former fitness instructor Kate, 27, and the superstar striker may have a future footballer on their hands with one or all of their three children, who are Ivy, four, Vivienne, two, and baby Louis, five months.

Speaking to Esquire, Harry said of his wife: "We went to school together, so she's seen my whole career. Of course, she's finding it a little crazy.

"I think she's even been in the papers a couple of times taking the dogs out."

Revealing just how to down to earth the couple have remained the footballer revealed Kate still gets him to make her a cuppa when he gets home, even if he's netted a hat-trick.

The Tottenham striker, who will captain England in the Euros has confessed that Kate doesn't allow fame to go to his head.

"She brings me back down to earth," he said,

"If I score a hat-trick, Kate will say, 'Well done, you can make me a cup of tea when you get home'.

"She's not afraid to take the mickey out of herself or me."

"She's been with me when I've been successful; she's been with me when I've been struggling or had injuries.

"When I feel bad about something, or when I need to get something off my chest, I can just turn to her and talk about anything.

"By being open it just allows me to form a stronger bond with her."

Last year Harry and Katie announced they will welcome their third child alongside their two daughters days after the Tottenham man scored his 200th club goal.

Taking to Instagram the Tottenham forward took to Instagram uploading a picture of himself and his wife with a host of pink and blue balloons inviting people to guess the gender.

At the end of last year Harry posted a picture of his new baby boy Louis Harry Kane.

Taking to Twitter he said: "Our beautiful boy has arrived. 29/12/2020. Louis Harry Kane. I couldn't be more proud of my wife Kate.

"Special way to finish the year. Happy new year everyone."

Alongside their three children the couple also have two dogs named Brady and Russell whose names deprive from the NFL quarterbacks.

Harry and his wife have only ever known life with the striker as a Tottenham star, but there are rumours circulating that he may have played his last game for the North London club.

The footballer has declared his intent to leave in the summer transfer window, with a move to Manchester City seemingly on the cards.

And it seems like Kate may have confirmed things when she posted a video to her Instagram story showing the forward emotionally hugging his two closest team-mates, Heung-Min Son and Dele Alli, after the final whistle.

In the video, the three - who have been instrumental in Spurs' success in recent years including challenges for the Premier League title and their trip to the Champions League final - were hugging with their heads bowed.

She captioned her story with a crying emoji, suggesting the hug was just as emotional as it appeared.

Whichever club Harry ends up playing we're sure his super supportive wife Kate and their three adorable children will be right be his side.

In the meantime they have the important job of supporting the star as he attempts to take England all way to the Euros final.

The Euros will be held across 11 host cities from 11 June 2021, but both semi-finals and the final will be held at Wembley Stadium in London.

England's first game will be against Croatia on June 13, while Wales and Scotland play Switzerland and Czech Republic respectively on June 12 and 14.
