Gareth Southgate has give Declan Rice his first start for England.
England play Montenegro in the Euro 2020 qualifiers tonight (March 20) and The West Ham midfielder has been named in the starting eleven by Southgate for the first time.
Rice only became elligble for England this year, having previously won three caps in friendlies for Ireland.
As a result this is also Rice's first ever competitive international start

He comes into the side with Eric Dier missing due to an injury picked up on Friday night against the Czech Republic.
Jordan Henderson is also missing from the starting eleven due to injury but he does start on the bench, meaning Rice is expected to start in a holding midfield role.
Rice's inclusion means he breaks a 20-year-old West Ham record for being the youngest current Hammers player to start an England international, since Rio Ferdinand in 1998.
Fans on social media were quick to celebrate Rice's inclusion as "England's number four", with others claiming the formation proves that Southgate has already decided "Rice doesn’t need another defensive midfielder".
