England warmed up for this Saturday's clash with world champions South Africa by attempting to beat an 8.5 tonne vehicle in a tug of war contest.
Eddie Jones' side will host the Springboks at Twickenham, looking to keep up their winning momentum this autumn.
They will come up against the side who beat them in the World Cup final two years ago and also knocked over the Lions this summer.
South Africa's greatest strength arguably lies in their pack, something Scotland found out last weekend at Murrayfield.
As a result England warmed up in Jersey by attempting to haul a huge vehicle, weighing the equivalent of two adult elephants, across a beach.
All 28 members of the squad were required to compete in the challenge designed by Head of Strength and Conditioning, Jon Clarke, in collaboration with Red Bull, known as the 'Stress Test'.

The vehicle in question is a Dakar competitor and boasts 1,150 brake horsepower.
Clarke said: “Controlling what happens between your ears can make the difference between winning and losing.
"With the help of Red Bull, we wanted to create a scenario where the players had to work as a team to solve problems in order to win within a pressurised environment.
"This camp in particular includes a number of new faces and personalities, so including this within our camp programme helps to bring the team together and creates an opportunity for individuals to understand how they will react on the big stage.”
England saw off Australia 32-15 on Saturday with a front row of Bevan Rodd, Jamie George and Kyle Sinckler.
Ellis Genge misses out having tested positive for Covid but Jones has a host of other options he can call upon for what will be an attritional test against South Africa.
Behind them the likes of Maro Itoje, Courtney Lawes and Sam Underhill will have to get through a host of work to knock over the world champions.
They are led by inspirational back rower Siya Kolisi who has quite the supporting cast with him in the likes of Eben Etzebeth and Duane Vermeulen.
Jones has already issued the challenge to his England players.
He said: “They are the World Cup champions and we are not.
“It is going to be an important Test and we want to finish off the autumn well – it is the final game of the autumn and we will see it as a final and we want to take them on.
"We will have to play differently to beat them. It’s the final game and we want to go into the Six Nations with a South African scalp.”
