England names team for fourth Ashes Test, with Stuart Broad in for Ollie Robinson

England has announced its team for the fourth Ashes Test, with only one change from the side that lost in Melbourne.

The English have recalled veteran paceman Stuart Broad for the SCG Test, with Ollie Robinson making way.

The move comes after criticism of England's selection process for the Ashes series.

Broad and James Anderson were left out of the first Test in Brisbane, while Broad was also omitted from the team for the Boxing Day Test at the MCG.

England was beaten by an innings and 14 runs in Melbourne, with the game finishing before lunch on the third day.

Anderson led the way with 4-33 in Australia's lone innings, while Robinson took 2-64.

The Australians have opted against playing two spinners at the usually spin-friendly SCG, in part because of the chance of rain.

England will have Jack Leach as the frontline spinner but will rely on a trio of pacemen in Broad, Anderson and Mark Wood.

The tourists have already lost the Ashes series 3-0 with two Tests remaining.

The fourth Test begins at the SCG on Wednesday morning.

England Test team: Haseem Hameed, Zak Crowley, Dawid Malan, Joe Root (C), Ben Stokes, Jonny Bairstow, Jos Buttler (WK), Mark Wood, Jack Leach, Stuart Broad, James Anderson.
