England map out road to Euro 2020 with Denmark friendly and games away from Wembley

Fresh from qualifying for Euro 2020, England are now busy preparing for next summer's finals with key dates announced.

The Football Association has confirmed that England will play successive games at Wembley during the March 2020 international break, with Denmark one of the confirmed opponents.

The first match, on Friday March 27th, will be dedicated to the Heads Up campaign. The campaign, backed by the Duke of Cambridge, encourages people - and men in particular - to feel comfortable talking about mental health.

The opponents and kick-off time for that fixture are yet to be announced, but the following match will see fellow finalists Denmark heading to London on Tuesday March 31 for an 8pm GMT kick-off.

Denmark qualified for the finals by sealing a 1-1 draw away at the Republic of Ireland on Monday to finish second in Group D. England topped Group A with seven wins out of eight.

The Three Lions will then head on the road in June for two fixtures before the tournament kicks off on June 12th, while one more fixture in Europe will be announced by the FA at a later date.

Tickets for England vs Denmark will go on sale to England Supporters Travel Club members from 12pm GMT on Friday, November 22 until 11pm on Monday, November 25.
