Harry Maguire and Mason Greenwood have both been named in the England squad ahead of their Nations League double-header next month.
Gareth Southgate officially named his squad on Tuesday afternoon with Manchester United captain Maguire selected amid an ongoing court case in Greece.
Maguire's legal team were present at a court hearing earlier in the day after the United defender pleaded not guilty to charges he faced following his arrest after an alleged altercation with police on the Greek island of Mykonos on August 21.
Greek police say a file has been opened which includes accusations of "violence against officials, disobedience, bodily harm, insult and attempted bribery of an official".
The 27-year-old will be part of Southgate's squad when they join up at St George's Park on Sunday, August 30 ahead of their first fixture next week.
Maguire's club teammates Marcus Rashford and Dean Henderson have also been named in the England squad for their upcoming Nations League campaign, while there is a first senior call-up for teenage sensation Greenwood.
It means the quartet will have had just 13 days' rest by the time they join the squad later in the week having played in United's defeat to Sevilla in the Europa League semi-final in Cologne.
