England line up vs Czech Republic predicted as Manchester United captain Harry Maguire starts

Manchester United captain Harry Maguire looks set to get his first minutes of Euro 2020 with England against Czech Republic tonight (Tuesday).

The Three Lions play their final group match at Wembley (8pm kick off) knowing they are already through to the competition's last 16, with a defeat sealing top spot in Group D.

A report from the Athletic claims Maguire and Jack Grealish are set to make their first starts of the tournament. United forward Marcus Rashford could also come into the starting line-up.

Chelsea duo Mason Mount and Ben Chilwell will miss the game as they are self-isolating, having come into contact with Scotland's Billy Gimour — who tested positive for covid-19 — on Friday night.

Gareth Southgate can afford to make changes to his side, though he confirmed out-of-sorts England skipper Harry Kane would keep his place in attack.

Southgate also hinted very strongly that Maguire and his Liverpool counterpart Jordan Henderson would be involved.

He said on the duo: "Both are training very well and both will be involved tomorrow. We're happy with their progress.

"They've already had a massive impact in training sessions and around the squad. I couldn't be happier with the impact the senior players have had. They want to get on the pitch."

On Kane, the England boss added: "The only thing that is relevant is his importance to the team.

"He's been our best and most influential player for a long period of time. There have been moments when the likes of Raheem [Sterling] has also been critical in terms of goal scoring but Kane is a hugely important figure for us."

England predicted XI: Pickford; Walker, Stones, Maguire, Shaw; Rice, Henderson; Sterling, Grealish, Rashford; Kane.
