England supporter Rob Hale got engaged to his Australian girlfriend Natalie after proposing during the first Ashes Test at the Gabba.
Rob, who met Natalie while touring Australia with the Barmy Army during the last Ashes series down under in 2017, got down on one knee on day three of the Test and proposed.
The moment was caught on camera by Australian broadcaster Channel 7 and after Natalie said yes, a massive cheer went up from the crowd.
"How good is that," said the TV commentator. "They met the last time England were out. Rob's in the Barmy Army, Nat's of course an Aussie. That is brilliant."
The Barmy Army offered their congratulations to the couple, tweeting: "YES Massive shoutout to Rob Hale, he met Natalie back in 2017 during the last #Ashes with the Barmy Army! Congrats guys".
Fans were quick to react to the moment on social media, with one tweeting: "A successful proposal from the crowd there. Good stuff #Ashes"
"Fantastic. Brought a smile on my face," wrote another.
On the field, Australia stretched their first innings lead to 278 before they were eventually bowled out for 425.
Travis Head was the last player out, getting bowled by Mark Wood for an outstanding 152.
With some able support from Mitchell Starc and Nathan Lyon, Head helped Australia a further 82 runs to their overnight total.

Wood ended the innings with figures of 3-85, with the two late wickets of Lyon and Head offering some reward for his efforts on day two.
Reflecting on England's efforts with the ball on day three, ex-England seamer Steven Finn said: "When the ball is going around the park as it was in the second part of that innings, you feel like you're chasing your tail.
"We have to give compliments to the England seamers - they stuck to their task - but Australia have a humungous lead."
