England 70-14 Canada: Adam Radwan and Jamie Blamire score hat-tricks in thumping Twickenham win

England debutant Adam Radwan and Jamie Blamire, making his first start, both scored hat-tricks as Canada were thrashed 70-14 at Twickenham on Saturday afternoon.

Eddie Jones’s shadow side scored 10 tries with two from Joe Cokanasiga, another from Ellis Genge and a penalty try adding to Newcastle duo Radwan and Blamire ‘s triples.

Marcus Smith, who was called up to the Lions during the match, kicked nine conversions.

Canada were playing just their second match since the 2019 World Cup, having being thumped 68-12 by Wales last weekend.

England, without around 20 players on British and Irish Lions duty or rested, were on top throughout and gave first caps to four players, following the 12 debutants in last week's win over the United States.

Flyhalf Marcus Smith landed all nine of his conversion attempts and his day got even better when he discovered he has been summoned to join the Lions in South Africa.
