Saudi Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources, Khalid Al-Falih stressed on Wednesday that the Kingdom’s oil policy and supplies to countries around the world are not impacted by political considerations, reported the Saudi Press Agency.
This is a firm and longstanding policy that is not influenced by political developments, he said in a statement.
The current diplomatic crisis between Saudi Arabia and Canada will not, in any way, impact Saudi Aramco's relations with its customers in Canada, he added.
The Kingdom continues to invest in its production capacity, which is a key factor in protecting the global economy from market volatility that is damaging to the interests of producers and consumers alike, Falih stated.
