U.S. stock futures were lower this morning, with the Dow futures falling more than 100 points on Tuesday.

Shares of Energy Fuels Inc (NYSE:UUUU) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company announced a proposed $550 million private offering of convertible senior notes due 2031.

Energy Fuels shares dipped 6.4% to $15.47 in pre-market trading.

• JFB Construction Holdings (NASDAQ:JFB) fell 12.9% to $11.06 in pre-market trading. JFB Construction shares jumped 85% on Monday after the company announced a $44 million private placement.
• bioAffinity Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:BIAF) declined 11.1% to $2.89 in pre-market trading. bioAffinity Technologies announced the pricing of $4.8 million public offering.
• Firefly Aerospace Inc (NASDAQ:FLY) fell 9.7% to $33.36 in pre-market trading after the company reported its Alpha rocket’s core stage for the next mission was destroyed in a testing mishap.
• USBC, Inc. (NYSE:USBC) declined 6.7% to $1.26 in pre-market trading after jumping 16% on Monday.
• Tilray Brands, Inc. (NASDAQ:TLRY) fell 5.4% to $1.75 in pre-market trading. Tilray shares jumped over 60% on Monday after President Donald Trump shared a video that discussed potential medical benefits of CBD for seniors.
• First Majestic Silver Corp. (NYSE:AG) fell 4.8% to $11.80 in pre-market trading.
• LuxExperience B.V. (NYSE:LUXE) fell 4.5% to $8.07 in pre-market trading.
