Ending sexual violence in conflict: what's your message to world leaders?

In June, Britain's foreign secretary, William Hague, and the actor and UN ambassador Angelina Jolie will host a four-day summit in London with the aim of making a resolution to end sexual violence in conflict.

More than 140 world leaders have been invited to attend the talks at the Excel centre from 10-13 June. Civil society members will hold fringe events, which will be open to the public.

As part of our coverage of the summit, we would like you to send a brief video message telling us the one thing that must be done to end sexual violence in conflict.

Though we'd like to hear from you, your security is most important. We recognise it may not always be safe to record or share your experiences – so please think about this when sharing your content with GuardianWitness.

Share your videos through the “contribute to this article” button. If you have a smartphone, you can also download the GuardianWitness app. This assignment closes at 1pm on Friday 6 June.
