Emotional tributes have been paid to an Irish teen who died while fleeing an armed robbery in Australia.
Cian English, 19, who was originally from Carlow but was living in Brisbane, tragically passed away after falling from a balcony at the View Pacific resort in Surfers Paradise.
The tragic incident happened at around 3.15am last Saturday.
Three men have been charged with his murder along with two charges of armed robbery and two counts of deprivation of liberty, on the Gold Coast located 74kms away from Brisbane.
Tributes have been pouring in for Cian, with locals back in Ireland coming together to support the youngster's family.

The Woodford Dolmen Hotel in Carlow lit candles in Cian's honour, as his family had requested.
They wrote on Facebook: "'Little by little we let go of loss, but never of love'.
"Management and staff send our deepest sympathy to the English and Webster families and friends.
"We light these candles tonight to show you are in our thoughts in these dark days. RIP Cian."
While Carlow Town Hurling Club hung a jersey at the entrance to the club in his memory.
They said: "Showing our support for the English and Webster families. RIP Cian."

Cian's family said they were left "heartbroken" by his passing, and said funeral details will be confirmed at a later date.
A post on RIP.ie reads: "Beloved and adored son of Vinny and Siobhan, much loved and cherished brother of Dylan and adored grandson of Bobby and Yvonne Webster and Teresa and the late John English.
"He will be sadly missed by his loving heartbroken parents, brother, grandparents, aunts, uncles, extended family, relatives and his many friends."
