Emotional Steven Gerrard shares Rangers highs and lows as he reflects on 'dominant' title win

An emotional Steven Gerrard admits he's still trying to process Rangers' incredible season as he promised to give everything to do it all again next term.

The Ibrox club lifted a first Premiership title in a decade as they completed an unbeaten league campaign, wrapping up the trophy in record time.

That feat saw the Rangers manager handed the LMA Special Achievement Award and, after accepting the prize, he admitted he's still coming to terms with the stunning achievement.

Gerrard told Sky Sports: "I'm just trying to process the whole season and the three years, the whole journey if you like.

"We've got some weeks now to reflect and get some rest then re-energise ourselves to go and defend it for our lives next year.

"It's been... it's difficult to put into words really.

"It still feels really good, the game takes you to some incredible highs but it also takes you to some real lows as well and we've had to come through that.

"But to do it in the style we did it, to dominate the league the way the players did it, I think it's going to feel good for a long time."
