A couple who have been married for 60 years have left viewers in floods of tears after being reunited for the first time in 215 days.
Joseph had been undergoing rehabilitation in Rosecastle at Delaney Creek, when his wife Eve also joined the assisted living home in Florida.
But due to coronavirus restrictions, the pair were unable to see each other and instead had to communicate through phone calls and a few window visits.
When Joseph finally finished rehabilitation, he was reunited with the love of his life and the emotional video has warmed the hearts of thousands of people on social media.
The clip shows Joseph being wheeled through the corridors to meet Eve, before breaking down in tears when he sees her, saying: "I sure miss you."
The happy couple hug as Joseph adds: "I didn't think I would ever get over here. I missed you so much. Oh you're alright. I love you so much. For sixty years I've done something right."
It was shared to the Rosecastle Facebook page, along with the caption: "Married 60 years...apart for 215 days...but finally reunited! We got to witness these two resident love birds see and hug each other for the first time since the pandemic. Get your tissues out!"
And plenty of people were left crying along with Joseph and Eve, as one said: "Sitting here in tears watching this over and over! So precious."
A second wrote: "Awww I loveee this!! I couldn't imagine being apart from that special love for 7 whole MONTHS!"
Another said: "Amazing! Warmed my heart! You can hear the emotion in his voice. Congratulations Joseph and Eve."
A fourth added: "I'm not crying, you're crying! My heart just melted into a puddle!"
