(Picture: PA)Brenda Edwards stunned a crowd of Londoners when she sung at a candlelit vigil for her late son Jamal.
The founder of SBTV Jamal died aged 31 at the weekend following a sudden illness - with one of his friends claiming the YouTube star died of a heart attack.
His grieving mother had the attention of the crowds at the Acton vigil when she belted out the lyrics to Whitney Houston’s The Greatest Love of All as seen in footage on social media.
With all eyes on her, the Loose Women panellist then delivered an inspirational message while speaking through a megaphone.
She said: “If we can do anything in 2022, can we please bring the community together.
“Stop the fighting. Stop the killing. And build up our community. We are not supposed to be losing our young people.
“If you see something happening. Try to stop it please.”
People at the vigil shared the footage on social media, hailing the star an inspiration.
It comes after the heartbroken mum shared some kind words about her late son.
She said: “It is with the deepest heartache that I confirm that my beautiful son Jamal Edwards passed away yesterday morning after a sudden illness. Myself, his sister Tanisha and the rest of his family and friends are completely devastated.
“He was the centre of our world. As we come to terms with his passing we ask for privacy to grieve this unimaginable loss.
“I would like to thank everyone for their messages of love and support. Jamal was an inspiration to myself and so many.
“Our love for him lives on, his legacy lives on. Long live Jamal Edwards MBE, MBA, PHD.”
