Emotional Ant McPartlin "struggled to hold it together" when he saw beautiful bride Anne-Marie

Loved-up groom Ant McPartlin has admitted he 'struggled to hold it together' when he first saw his beautiful bride Anne-Marie make her entrance at their star-studded wedding this weekend, according to reports.

TV favourite Ant was beaming with delight in photos and video from his big day as he married Anne-Marie Corbett at St Michael's Church in Hampshire on Saturday.

And the 45-year-old Saturday Night Takeaway host praised his "beautiful" wife and his best man and fellow star Declan Donnelly during an emotional groom's speech, reports The Mirror.

The Britain's Got Talent star reportedly praised stunning bride Anne-Marie, 43, and his best man Declan Donnelly, 45, during the speech.

According to The Sun, Ant said: "When Anne-Marie walked into the church, I had to fight to hold it together as she looked so beautiful."

During the ceremony, Anne-Marie's two daughters, who she shares with her first husband Scott, reportedly did readings.

One of the readings was said to be the Richard Bach poem The Bridge Across The River telling all about soulmates.

Ant's best man and presenting partner Declan Donnelly also said a prayer and did a reading, calling the groom the "best friend a man could have".

The three-tied wedding cake is said to have included models of the couple's beloved dogs.

The couple were pictured leaving the church together after the ceremony with huge grins on their faces - and Ant even punched the air in delight.

Ant and Anne-Marie have been together since 2018 and got engaged on Christmas Eve last year when Ant proposed.

The TV star arrived at the ceremony with Dec in matching black tie.

Attendees did not know the location of the nuptials until the big day as the couple attempted to keep the location of a secret.

The couple were lucky with the weather as it had previous been forecast to pour with rain but it looked like the sun came out just in time.

The three-day bash had kicked off on Friday with guests checking into plush hotel Heckfield Place for a two-night stay.
